Heather realizes the truth, but only after Congresswoman Midwell has already gathered evidence of Heather in compromising positions. Now Heather faces a choice: to blow the whistle and ruin her chances of ever having the power to change things in the halls of power, or to continue working on getting legislation passed that funds the degradation of her gender.
