Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of erotikinks.com ("the site"), run by Erotikinks, a sole proprietorship based in Indiana, USA ("we", "us"). This includes buying ebooks and joining The Black Room or any other membership. If you use the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Adults only

• You must be 18 or older, and old enough to view adult material where you live if that age is higher.

• You must also be allowed by local law to view sexually explicit written content.

• By entering the site you confirm all of this. We may close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

• Everything here is fiction for adults. All characters are fictional and 18 or older. Stories can include dark themes; check each title's content notes before reading.

2. Your account

• You can create an account with an email address or with Google sign-in. Keep your login private.

• An account is for one person. Don't share it or a membership with anyone else.

• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hamlin@erotikinks.com if you think someone else is using it.

3. Buying ebooks

• What you get: a digital ebook download (usually ePub and PDF), unless the product page says otherwise. Nothing is shipped.

• Prices are in US dollars and may not include sales tax or VAT; any tax is shown at checkout.

• Payment: pay by card (processed by Stripe) or with PayPal.

• Delivery: as soon as your payment goes through, you get a download link on the thank-you page and in your confirmation email.

• Download links expire after 30 days. Please download and save your files within that time.

• If your link has expired or stops working, email hamlin@erotikinks.com and we'll resend it.

• Licence, not ownership: buying an ebook gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices. You don't buy the copyright (see section 6).

4. The Black Room membership

• What it is: a paid membership that unlocks members-only stories and extras on the site, as described on the membership page. The content changes over time; stories may be added, moved or retired.

• Price and billing: $19.99 a month (or the price shown when you join), billed only through Stripe; the charge shows on your statement as "Eroink books". Your membership renews automatically every month and you're charged each period until you cancel.

• Cancel any time: log in, open My Account › My Subscriptions and cancel The Black Room. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you can't find the option, email hamlin@erotikinks.com and we'll cancel it for you. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK also have the 14-day right to withdraw described in section 5.

• Price changes: we'll tell you before a new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

• Other memberships (such as Jessie's Diary) follow the same rules at the price shown for them.

5. Refunds and cancelling a purchase

Everyone outside the EU, EEA and UK: ebooks and memberships are digital, so all sales of digital downloads and memberships are final and we don't offer refunds once you've bought them. Cancelling a membership stops auto-renewal and future charges (see section 4), but it doesn't refund the period you've already paid for.

That said, we're real people and we want you to be happy. If something has gone wrong (a file that won't open, a duplicate charge, a renewal you meant to cancel, or anything else unusual), email hamlin@erotikinks.com and we'll be happy to help.

Customers in the EU, EEA and UK: your local consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from (cancel) an online purchase of digital content, including ebooks and memberships. The 14 days start on the day you buy the ebook or join the membership.

• How to cancel: email hamlin@erotikinks.com within those 14 days. Tell us you want to cancel and include your order details: the email address you used, your order number if you have it, and what you bought and when. You don't need to give a reason.

• Your refund: we'll refund you through the payment method you used (PayPal or Stripe) within 14 days of getting your request. If you cancel a membership this way, your access to its members-only content ends.

• When the right ends: if you expressly ask for your ebook or membership to be delivered straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw once delivery begins, the right ends as soon as the download or your membership access begins.

• Stopping renewals: separately from this, you can stop your membership auto-renewing at any time, as explained in section 4.

None of this affects your other legal rights, for example if the content is faulty or not as described.

6. Copyright and personal use

• All stories, ebooks, images, audio and other content on the site are © Tori Hamlin / Erotikinks unless stated otherwise, and protected by copyright.

• You may: read the content and keep the ebooks you bought for your own personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not:

• share, upload, resell, post or distribute any content or files, including in group chats, file-sharing sites or forums elsewhere

• share your account

• remove copyright notices

• scrape or bulk-download the site

• use the content to train AI or machine-learning systems

• Breaking these rules ends your licence. We may also close your account, and we may take legal action.

7. Things you post

• Your content: forum posts, comments and messages stay yours. You give us permission to show them on the site and to moderate them.

• Don't post anything that:

• involves or suggests minors in any sexual context

• names or identifies real people without their consent

• is illegal, threatening, harassing or hateful

• shares someone's private information

• infringes someone else's rights

• is spam or advertising

• We may remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. The site "as is"

We work hard to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Content is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time (cancel any membership first). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without a good reason, we'll refund any unused prepaid membership time.

10. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Indiana. If you live in the EU, the EEA, the UK or elsewhere, you also keep any protection your local consumer laws give you, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll notify members by email or on the site before it applies. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
