Jasmine's made a mistake. She went to a party and got busted with pot, leading to a six-month sentence for house arrest. Her conservative parents, however, aren't going to stand for it. Suddenly, Jasmine's not welcome in her own home.
 
But to comply with the terms of her court order, she needs a stable place to live. Fortunately, her uncle, Bruce, offers her a place to stay. Unfortunately, Bruce has a perverted rental arrangement with his niece. He doesn't want monthly payments. Instead, he charges her for every piece of clothing she wants to wear, plus a "purity tax".
 
While initially Jasmine fumes over this, she pays it. Soon, however, her savings are depleting, she's lost her job trying to save money by going to work without panties, and things are getting desperate. Of course, Bruce has alternative means of helping Jasmine pay her rental agreement: through submission to him.
