Tessa faces eviction from her rundown urban apartment. Two months behind on rent after losing her job, she's a mix of defiance and desperation. Enter Victor Crane, her 45-year-old landlord—a six foot slab of sleaze with greasy hair, a potbelly, and a predatory grin. When he catches her smoking weed on camera, he seizes the chance to blackmail her into sexual submission, offering to waive rent in exchange for her body.
