Outside of the crazy house, my town has a few therapists. I guess, when you live in a place like this, you need a little help with your mental health. By far the most popular therapist in town is Dr. Thickmember. I've never met the guy personally, but a lot of people mention him. I don't know if I'd call his work helpful, but it certainly does change them.
